One of the unsung heroes of the MCAR family is Patricia Grooms of The Netgirl Enterprises. For anyone who might not know, Patricia is the person who designs and maintains the MCAR website (and numerous others!). The website is beautiful, with bold colors and wonderful photography that show the world this beautiful place where we are fortunate enough to live and work. Patricia has utilized her technical skill to create a place where both the members and the public can get the information they need. Members can pay dues, register for events, and locate fellow members on the MCAR site. The public can search for property, see an open house schedule for the weekend, and learn more about the communities that make up Monterey County. Because Patricia was a Monterey County Realtor prior to creating her highly successful web design business, she understands the needs of the members of MCAR and what they want and need from an association website. I think that I have got the most awesome web site on the Internet. Both Renae and I have noticed an increase in the number of rent-ups via the Internet in the last few weeks. George Cox - Owner, originally from  New York City, NY. A graduated from the College of Mount Saint Vincent in Riverdale, New York with a B.A. in Communications.

Over the past 14 years George had joined several Monterey Area Ham radio clubs. He is now an active member of the
Southern Nye Amateur Radio Emergency Services (ARES/RACES) where he engages in his interest in "communications."
